Adrenaline Mountain Adventures is committed to providing the highest quality rental services. In the event you are not satisfied with your rental service, or need to re-schedule this refund policy explains when we may consider a refund.
However we do understand that mistakes in booking may occur including other unforeseen events or illness which may impact your ability to make the trip. If you have any questions regarding your online order or the rental reservation you made please contact us.
Barring a massive blizzard that would make riding legally irresponsible due to safety, our rentals are available in most all weather, snow, rain or shine. In the event of the aforementioned unsafe weather, rentals can be rescheduled for another mutually convenient date at no additional charge.
YOU ARE ENTITLED TO RE-SCHEDULE A RENTAL
- When the weather does not permit you to drive to us and a 48 hour notice is given via email or phone.
- If you have an illness or family emergency and a 48 hour notice if given via email or phone.
- We will NOT give a refund on a rental booking. We will be happy to reschedule at a time that works for you.
PURCHASE CONDITIONS
- You will NOT make a claim against Adrenaline Mountain Adventures for any other loss due to a cancellation.
- Any deposit paid to Adrenaline Mountain Adventures is nonrefundable.
- Payments made via the internet are your responsibility.
